Menus and interface labels vary between clients. This guide uses common terms such as “subscription,” “configuration,” and “import”; follow the dashboard prompts and the labels in your version of the client. Get the client and subscription from the user dashboard. This page does not provide installers or actual subscription links.
Create an Account and Save Your Credentials
Start by opening the VPNFK user dashboard and going to the account creation page. VPNFK does not require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can recognize and a password you do not use on other sites. Before submitting, check your input method, capitalization, and any accidental spaces so you can sign in afterward.
After creating your account, you should be able to open the dashboard and see the account overview, plans, and client downloads. If the page remains on the form, check the prompts beside the fields and correct any issues before continuing. If you already have an account, sign in instead of creating another one. Complete payment, check your plan status, and get your subscription from the same account.
Since account creation does not require an email address, do not assume email-based password recovery is available. Save your username and password in a trusted password manager. If you forget your login details, first check the recovery options in the dashboard or the support information. Avoid creating multiple accounts and searching each one for your original order. Make sure you are in the right account before choosing a plan.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
Open the plans section in the user dashboard and compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Choose based on your actual browsing, AI tool, video, and file-transfer use—not the number of devices, since VPNFK allows unlimited simultaneous devices.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Each lasts until the data is used and never expires. Data packages and monthly subscriptions are billed differently, so check the plan name, data allowance, and price when confirming your order. For a full comparison, read plan pricing and billing details before returning to the dashboard.
Choose a plan and follow the dashboard steps to create an order. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once the payment page confirms completion, return to the dashboard and check the order result and plan status; closing the external payment page does not mean the dashboard has confirmed receipt. If the order is still processing, refresh its status and verify that payment was completed. Do not submit the same order repeatedly.
VPNFK offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; the dashboard’s checkout details show the exact result. Once your plan is active, get your subscription. If the order is paid but the plan status does not match, follow the billing and refund guidance in the FAQ, or contact support through a dashboard ticket.
Get Your Subscription from the Overview
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user dashboard and find the subscription options. A subscription is not a webpage to keep open in your browser; it gives the client access to server and configuration details. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, use it and follow the prompts. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and paste it into the client’s remote subscription field later.
Before copying, double-check the account and plan status. If adding the link manually, copy it in full—do not copy only the domain or mistake the dashboard page URL for the subscription link. After pasting, check for extra spaces, line breaks, or quotation marks at either end. If the client asks for a name, choose one that is easy to recognize. The name only labels the configuration; it does not replace the subscription link.
Treat your subscription link like account credentials. Do not post it in public forums or upload it to unfamiliar conversion sites. When reporting an issue to support, describe where the prompt appeared and include the error text; you do not need to send the full link. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option and import it again as instructed. Whether the old configuration still works depends on the status after the reset.
If the overview has no subscription options, first check that your plan is active, the order is complete, and you are signed into the account used for payment. There is no need to keep adding empty configurations in the client. Once the dashboard makes the subscription available, continue to downloading and importing the client.
Import the Client for Your Platform
Open the client downloads section in the user dashboard and choose your device’s platform. You must be signed in to get your subscription; download access depends on your plan status and the dashboard prompts. Use the VPNFK client link provided in the dashboard instead of picking a similarly named installer from search results. For this guide, use a proxy client that supports remote subscriptions and rule-based routing. Install it before importing your subscription.
The import option is usually under “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or an add-configuration section. If the dashboard provides an import button, clicking it may open a system prompt asking whether to launch the relevant app. Check that it is the right app before allowing it to open. If the app does not respond, add the remote subscription manually. Import is complete when the client shows selectable configurations and servers—not just a name you entered.
Windows: Add a Remote Configuration and Connect
Choose the Windows client in the dashboard, install and open it, then go to subscription or configuration management. Find the option to add a remote configuration, paste the subscription link copied from the overview, save it, and update or refresh. When the server list appears, set that configuration as active, then return to the connection page and choose a server. If Windows shows a permission prompt related to the client’s network features, verify the app’s source and follow the client’s instructions.
For your first connection, try rule mode, then enable the system proxy or connection toggle required by the client. Importing a configuration without enabling the connection usually does not change your browser’s network route. If the browser works but a desktop app does not, check whether the app follows the system proxy. Do not delete the subscription just because one app has an issue. For more on routing rules and compatibility, see the connection and troubleshooting guide.
macOS: Check Configuration and Network Permissions
Choose the macOS option in the dashboard, install the client, and open VPNFK. Add the remote address under configuration or subscription, save and update it, then select the imported configuration. If you start the import from the dashboard, your browser may ask to open the app. Allow it, then check that the server list appears in the client. A browser redirect alone does not mean setup is complete.
When you enable the connection, macOS may ask you to approve a network configuration or enter your device credentials. Check the app name in the system prompt. After authorization, return to the client and make sure the connection toggle is on. If other proxy tools are running, pause them before testing to avoid multiple tools changing network settings at once. Once the connection works, adjust rule mode for your everyday needs; there is no need to change advanced settings right away.
Android: Import Your Subscription and Allow the VPN Connection
Choose the Android client in the dashboard and follow your device’s prompts to install it. Open the app, go to subscriptions or configurations, and choose the option to import from a link. Paste the full subscription link and save it. Update the configuration; server names should then appear. If only a name is shown without any servers, check that you copied the full link, that your current network can access the subscription, and that your plan is active.
Choose a server and turn on the connection. Android will usually ask you to authorize the VPN connection; check that the app is correct before allowing it. If another app is also managing the VPN, one connection may replace the other. Decide which app should manage your current connection. If the connection drops when the app moves to the background, check the device’s background activity restrictions for that client. The setting names vary by device, so do not rely on menu paths from another model.
iOS: Install and Add a Configuration from the Dashboard
Choose iOS in the dashboard and follow the client download link to the App Store. Once you have a client, return to the dashboard to import the configuration. To add it manually, choose URL import in the client’s subscription or configuration section, paste the subscription link, and update it. Client availability requirements and your VPNFK plan are separate; check the dashboard and App Store for their respective details.
After importing, choose a configuration and server, then enable the connection. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, verify the source and approve it as prompted. Return to the app to check the connection status, then open the service you want to use. If the import button does not open the app, make sure the client is installed and try adding the subscription manually. There is no need to keep pasting the subscription link into your browser.
Linux and Other Configuration Issues
VPNFK also supports Linux; check the dashboard’s downloads section for the relevant instructions. Command-line setups, developer tool proxies, and app-specific routing are outside this basic setup guide. For network configuration with AI tools, APIs, or IDEs, read the AI tools access guide. Browser access alone does not show whether every app is using the same connection.
Connect to a Server and Verify It Works
Return to the client’s connection page. Make sure the active configuration is the subscription you just imported, choose an available server, and turn on the connection. For an initial check, try rule mode so the client handles requests according to its configuration. Global mode changes how requests are routed, but it cannot replace an active subscription, a correct configuration, or system authorization. There is no need to keep switching modes just to see the word “Global.”
First check whether the client shows as connected, then open the site you want to use. Confirm that the page loads fully, you can sign in, and the features work: for example, send a request to an AI tool and wait for a response, check that a streaming service starts playback, or test an online feature in a work app. The connection icon only reports local status; it does not prove that the destination service accepts your current network.
If only one platform is unavailable, keep the working configuration, reopen the page, and try another server before checking again. AI and streaming services may also base availability on your account, region, and their own rules; a successful network connection does not guarantee every feature will work. Avoid rapidly switching regions and signing in repeatedly. Check the specific error shown by the platform before deciding whether to investigate the connection or account access.
If every destination fails, check these in order: whether the plan is active, the subscription updated successfully, the client is actually connected, system authorization is complete, and no other proxy tool is running. Change one thing at a time, then repeat the same access test to see what made a difference. If you contact support, note your device platform, the client’s prompt, and where the issue occurs. Hide your subscription link and account credentials in screenshots.
After verification, keep the configuration that works and connect as needed. Update your subscription when the dashboard prompts you or server details change. Unlimited devices does not mean configurations sync automatically; you need to import the subscription separately on each new device.
