Application window and eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to experience connection failures, speed issues, or other service problems, and you do not need to troubleshoot before applying. Submit a clear refund request through an account support ticket within the application window so there is a record of your submission.
The application window is based on the first successful payment record, not the date you created an account, downloaded a client, or first connected. Monthly subscriptions and permanent, non-expiring data packages are billed differently, but a data package that never expires does not extend the refund application window indefinitely.
The first-payment commitment in this policy does not mean that a renewal, repeat order, or plan upgrade starts a new application window. For multiple orders, list each order separately to avoid resubmitting a transaction that has already been refunded.
Order review and exceptions
You may still request a refund within the application window after normal use. Connecting to a route or using some data is not, by itself, grounds for refusal. This policy does not impose an additional data-based deduction rate or reduce the full-refund commitment based on an unpublished usage threshold.
If the account shows usage beyond the plan's data allowance, an unusual order status, or a dispute involving account activity, the issue must first be identified as a measurement discrepancy, payment issue, or account-use issue. An unusual data display alone does not invalidate refund eligibility. If further verification is needed, explain the reason and the requested materials in your support ticket.
Orders outside the application window, orders that were not paid, and orders that have already been refunded are not covered by the full-refund commitment above. Requests involving suspected payment misuse, unclear transaction ownership, or an account policy violation require verification of transaction ownership and relevant facts; no unsupported fees will be invented. If you disagree with the decision, you may request a review in the original support ticket.
Request process and required details
Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request on the support ticket page. Use the account that placed the order, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the relevant order number, payment method, and payment status. For duplicate payments, list each transaction that needs to be reviewed.
If the order and payment results do not match, you may provide a redacted payment receipt, keeping only the amount, date and time, and transaction identifier relevant to that payment. Do not provide your account password, subscription link, full payment account details, or other information unrelated to the review.
After submitting your request, check the same support ticket for requests for additional materials and updates on its progress. If you cannot sign in, first review the support information for available account assistance options. There is no need to create multiple tickets to follow up on the same request.
Refund routes and payment differences
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment route. Submitting a request does not mean the funds have already been returned; the payment provider's refund process must be completed after the order review.
For Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, the original transaction record should be checked first. If the original channel cannot process the refund, explain the situation in the support ticket and confirm a workable option first. You should not be asked to transfer funds to an unknown recipient to release a refund.
USDT is handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay. The original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be checked. An on-chain transfer cannot be treated as reversible like a regular payment, and funds must not be sent to a historical outgoing address without confirmation. If network fees or other payment-channel differences apply, explain them and obtain confirmation before proceeding; this policy does not predetermine any deduction amount.
Receipt confirmation and review
The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment-channel processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not guarantee a fixed arrival time beyond the facts stated here. You can check the current stage in the original support ticket and distinguish review completion from funds actually arriving.
After receiving a completion notice, check the transaction records in the original payment channel. For USDT, verify the confirmed network and receiving record. If you still cannot find the funds, add your search results to the original support ticket and request a refund-status check. See the Terms of Service for account-use rules and the Privacy Policy for how application materials are handled.
